This stall is only opened in the evening, about 5pm. They sell BBQ chicken wings that are DELICIOUS!!!! Before even reaching the stall, one can already smell the wings. It's succulent and juicy, with minimal fat still in it, after being left to BBQ. That's the magic of barbecuing food. The oil drips out while cooking, and the charcoal sustaining the flames gives the wings a unique scent. I have no idea what the owner marinates the chicken with, all i see is him standing beside numerous skewers, with about a dozen chicken wings on each, turning them until cooked to perfection of golden crisp brown. Of course, without his homemade chilli sauce, the whole meal would be very different! But i must warn you, the chilli sauce is not for the faint-hearted. It's SUPER spicy and a little tangy. NICE. He also sells crabs and cockles. They should be good to, coz i see many eating it. You must buy a minimum of two wings, each $1.20. This is a definite DIE DIE MUST TRY!
