I heard from my grandfather that you can test if you really know how to hold a pair of chopsticks, by trying to cut noodles with it.

NURILAH MALAY FOOD

This is one of my favorite dishes when i come to Whampoa Market and Food centre. Nurilah Malay Food, as the stall name suggests, sells local malay dishes , but they specialise in nasi lemak and mee rebus . I prefer eating the mee rebus when i go there. Noodles topped with thick curry sauce, a squeeze of lime, dash of small dried shrimp, a sprinkle of fried onions, spring onions and green chilli, along with their homemade chilli sauce and a hard boil egg (catches breath) , its something you you must try! Only for $2.50!!!!
Of course, you could always try their nasi lemak (which i will try my best to get a photo of) which boasts a wide variety of side dishes. It could be just the lighting but then again, it could be that the food just looks so darn appetizing. Depending on the number of side dishes you other, the price should range from $2.50 to $4. Its usually $3 though. Another thing you can try is their homemade currypuff. I can't remember the price but i know it's less than a dollar each! Their not bad, comes either in tuna flavour or just plain curry potato. I see office workers buying the whole basket when they stop by.
