I heard from my grandfather that you can test if you really know how to hold a pair of chopsticks, by trying to cut noodles with it.

BUGIS ST CHUEN CHUEN CHICKEN RICE

I eat this for lunch almost everytime i visit Long House. Usually, I would order a plate of roasted chicken breast rice, $3 , which is very reasonable. The serving they give is larger compared to those in Food courts where prices can go up to $3+ or serve smaller portions for the same price. I've tried both the white and roasted chicken, and both taste very good- tender, juicy, succulent....YUM. Furthermore it's not very oily. I've ordered the set meal before and it costs $4.80. If you're looking for something that will really fill you up, then this is it. The set meal comes with additional plate of vege, either bean sprouts ( HUGE serving ) or Kai lan.

LOCATION: Long House #01-06 183 Upper Thomson Road
(It's quite easy to spot if you drive up Upper Thomson Road. There's a huge neon light sign with "LONG HOUSE" written on it. Can't miss it.)
